About the room

The room can be furnished with a full size bed upon request. The utilities will be split among all 4 residents of the household, which are relatively cheap for california with the addition of solar panels etc. The property is incredibly new and has everything aside from common area furniture. More videos/photos can be provided among request. Currently there are 3 residents who attend the College of the Sequoias so another student would be preferred, however, everyone is welcome to apply.
