Retired Christian couple living in new, 3000 sf hm, looking to rent rm to SERIOUS, tidy Christian woman. Renter will have choice of 3 beautiful, upstairs bedrooms to choose from. All rooms are on 2nd flr & include walk-in closet, ceiling fan, Q bed (with all bedding & underbed storage drawers), dresser, mirror, chest, 2 night stands, private ” smart TV (with + YouTube TV channels/wifi), AND private bathroom (incl shower,/tub & toilet bidet), AND exclusive driveway parking space. House located in safe subdivision 1 mile south of Philips Hwy & Valley Ridge Rd intersection - which is conveniently located to South Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, North St Augustine, and St Johns. Renter will have access to community pool/fitness ctr, AND access to kitchen, screened lanai, & laundry room (Landlord will trade basic housework cleaning for doing Renter’s laundry). Will consider long term lease once mutually satisfactory, co-habitation is experienced. References req’d: $1000 per mo (plus $1000 security deposit).
