Kitchen is fully equipped with new gas stove/convection oven; microwave; small electric air fryer; dishwasher; adequate refrigerator-freezer. Lots of kitchen utensils, silverware, cooking/baking bowls-pans, slow cooker, plates, cups, bowls, serving plates, dining room.
Ideal roommate would be a mature, responsible, quiet, college student, traveling nurse, actor, 9-5 worker.
I am a professional SAG-AFTRA actor/director/producer/ instructor and work from home. I usually work in my living room or small office space. I use my living room as a pop-up video studio when I have virtual auditions or when I help other select actors with videotaping their auditions.
