*******THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM IN A SHARED HOME************ This is a newly renovated 2600 sqft, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. It is my home and I do occupy it. The home is very clean and has a great layout especially for summers since there is a pool. It is located in a safe and quiet area most of my neighbors are retired. My home is geat for working professionals or student/professional. I am offering one guest bedroom for rent and you would have sole use of the guest bathroom. Bedroom is furnished or can be unfurnished. There is a small desk hutch as well and a nice size walk-in closet. All utilities are included along with high speed wi-fi. You would have access to all common areas and there is plenty parking space in the back yard or driveway. You would share the home with me. I am a working professional with both home and office days during the week. I do spend time away from home at times. So you'd have the house to yourself during this time. I do not have pet and no pets are allowed. I have done the majority of the updating of the home myself and do enjoy working on DYI project. So, when home I am usually working on a project.
