About the room

One or two rooms for rent, furnished or unfurnished. The house is located in Raeford, NC with quick access to Southern Pines, Camp Mackall, Fort Liberty/Bragg, and Fayetteville. I already have a dog and dogs are welcome in the house with an additional fee. You would get your own bathroom and all common areas will be shared. Garage can be used for additional storage as well. I am looking for a male roommate that is respectful and CLEAN. Ideally looking for military roommate. There are two rooms available, both are approximately 10ft x 10ft with their own closet. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The house is a new construction house and very clean. Back yard is a good size. Minimum lease is 6 months and security deposit is $400.
