About the room

10 minutes from Lewis & Clark, PCC, and downtown Portland. Short walk to SW Beaverton-Hillsdale & 18th Dr bus stop (ID 363 on 54) and SW Capitol & Idaho (ID 942 on 42 & 43). Non-smoking duplex with laundry on a quiet street in Hillsdale. Plenty of parking but the lease does not allow pets. My flatmate has to vacate, so looking for someone to assume her half of the lease. The room is currently occupied, but will be empty / unfurnished on move-in. 11'6" x 17'5" of open floor space, not including the hallway access, walk-in closet, and private bath with shower stall (no tub).
