About the room

Hello! The room I have for rent is small, but it has unique storage available. You have your own private shower, but we share the commode and sink. You also have 1 outdoor parking space. We share the kitchen, which has all you need to cook and eat! There is room for you in the fridge and freezer. I am the only person who lives here with you. There are no children, but I have 2 cats. I cannot allow any other pets in the residence. We live across from the beautiful Browns Lake Beach, so you can walk there! There are only a few things required. You must be working full time. There are no drugs, alcohol, or smoking in my home. No, not outside either. I don’t bring company home, and I expect you to observe this policy yourself. Most utilities are included in your rent. You have access to my cable & streaming services in your room, as well as my internet, by paying half the bill. Your share would be $45 for internet, and cable is $30. If you take advantage of these services, the total monthly cost for living here would be $500 a month.
