About the room

Hey there! My partner and I are offering our master bedroom for sublease, which includes a private bathroom, starting April 1st. The sublease will be available for three months, after which the new tenants can either assume the lease, or the landlords will arrange for new occupants. This townhouse is extremely close to both the UCSD academic campus as well as Jacob Medical Center (The UCSD hospital) and is therefor ideal for either students or hospital employees. This is a two story, three bedroom townhouse which is shared with two other women. The master bedroom and private bathroom can accommodate up to two people.
