About the room

Roommate wanted for shared 2 bedroom/2b bath apartment. Apt has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Looking for a roommate to split the rent and utilities. Rent +Utilities+Internet = ~1800 a month. Asking $800 for the other room/bath. Lease is until Dec. 2025 but I'm flexible if you want a shorter term. Me: I work 70 hours a week so usually working or home sleeping. I do have a small dog and cat (must like pets). There is a couch in the living area as well not pictured. Apt is on the 2nd floor. Have to take outdoor stairs to get to it.
